Staff was great and friendly. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were clean and shower looked newly renovated with rain showerhead. Door to little courtyard at the back was nice if your room is on the ground floor. Breakfast was good too. Location was excellent and basically around the corner from the avenue of Champagne. Plenty of parking to leave the car and walk / stumble to the Champagne houses!

Located just at the end of the Avenue of Champagne! The position of this hotel is perfect for a stroll up and down the Avenue of Champagne, and with car parking included, great. The room was comfortable, we left our car in the carpark the next morning while we walked up the mountain behind the hotel to the vineyards. Plenty for breakfast at the buffet. An excellent stop over on the way to Burgundy.

Nice Hotel in a lovely location, close to Avenue de Champagne. Very helpful and friendly English speaking staff. Room was nice with a newly renewed bathroom and the beds were comfy. Continental breakfast choice was great with some nice touches of gluten free items. All in all good all round place to stop at.

The location of the hotel was good for us situated at one end of the Aveneue de Champagne. It was the out of town side of the avenue but this suited us as we like a short walk after dinner and the walk was very beautiful down the avenue! The room was clean and tidy and had a large window we could open for ventilation. There was a kettle and tea and coffee and milk for a quick cuppa. There were even a couple of biscuits. The wi-fi was good. Parking was easy and on site. We decided to have breakfast each morning. It is 10.5 euros each for breakfast but the breakfast is continental-style buffet...you can have as much or as little as you like of the tea and coffee and fruit juice and cereal and pastries and cheese and meat and fruit. As the champagne tastings start as early as 10am on the avenue, it is good to have a good breakfast to prepare yourself for the day!!! Communication with the hotel was very good. I asked for an upstairs room in a quiet spot and that is exactly what they gave me. Thank you, Kyriad!

The Staff are the best that I have ever encountered in all my travels - both business and pleasure. Anthony - you are the biggest star ...EVER! One of our party is very unwell and we were not able to go out to eat - so the proposal was a takeaway to be delivered. We were given several suggestion by the hotel who we could try, but we had problems setting up a local delivery account. Anthony placed our order on his account and got us well fed.... this was truly above and beyond - and really really appreciated. We ran late for breakfast on a couple of days - but this was not treated as problem......we were greeted with smiles and didn't feel rushed

I feel this property has undersold its self price wise and I really thought twice about booking due to low cost. Couldn't have been happier, the location is excellent at the end of Rue de Champagne. Owners' very friendly and offer helpful suggestions on most things in the area very knowledgeable.

Superb position for exploring Epernay and the Champagne houses. Two minutes walk to the Avenue de Champagne where lots of the big names are based. Large safe car park tucked away off the road. The rooms were as expected in this price bracket. Breakfast was again as expected in a French hotel of this type and good value. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

The host were exceptional, just happy to help with any questions, explain the local attractions, where to go , where to eat etc. One block away from Champagne Row. A must if your there for Champagne. Nice local feeling in the center of everything. A very good value Hope to return

The hotel recently had a change in ownership. And the lovely new couple running the hotel was so hospitable, loving and interested in their guests. They offered a great deal of help, spotting sights for us to visit, and also engaged in conversation with us during breakfast. We felt so much at home, and will be coming back.

Parking at the hotel was easy. A warm welcome. The local information was excellent. The breakfast was really good and plenty of it. The location was central and easy to find. The room was moderately sized but not large with a good sized bath room.
